the location was great for walking to many places of interest. the hotel offered valet parking. the room was clean with a large comfortable bed.

the pool lift was broken. there was no hoist to lift a person into the water. i had to walk around to the loading dock for access.

i found the location convenient. i could easily access the harbor and various shops. the staff displayed really good friendliness. the available facilities, including the pool and coffee machine, enhanced my stay.

the payment system experienced lagging, which caused temporary issues with processing credit cards.

unreliable wifi disappointing view

The supposed 'free' wifi was a joke. It cut out constantly. i spent half my time reconnecting. also, the promised city views from my room? more like a view of the neighboring building's air conditioning units. i suppose that's technically part of the city.. but hardly inspiring. i swear the elevators must have been designed by someone who enjoys watching people suffer. The wait times were atrocious and they seemed to operate on their own bizarre schedule.
